About Keith Thomas
Keith Thomas worked with his father as a commercial fisherman in his early years. He became a Christian in 1977 after a worldwide search visiting 31 different nations of the world, over a five-year period. In 1982 he worked with another couple in planting a church in his hometown of Harwich, Essex, England. Leaving his nets, he began to follow the Lord and devote himself to the preaching and teaching of the Bible.
Ordained as a Vineyard Pastor in 1990, Keith moved to Ashford, Kent, and church planted again. He has been leading Small Groups since 1983, coming to the USA in the year 2000. Since then he has served two churches since leaving England. He worked at Vineyard Cincinnati Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Community Pastor overseeing 52 Small Groups, mentoring and training leaders, and starting new Small Groups. He also worked as Groups Pastor and Congregational Care at Miami Vineyard Community Church in Miami, Florida.
Today, Keith writes Bible studies and teaches at Vineyard Cincinnati and other churches doing seminars and events teaching some of the studies on this website. He also organizes and leads tours to Israel. Our Statement of Faith can be accessed at this link:
Keith has been married to his American-born wife, Sandy, since 1980. They have two grown-up children, Anna, born in 1985 and Simeon born in 1990.
